Clinical Research Of Mazoplasia Treatment Based On Pricking Blood Therapy Of Zhuang Medicine Combined With Acupoint Catgut Embedding

Objective: By observing the cupping combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of liver depression and qi stagnation type breast hyperplasia and explore the therapy in the mechanism and advantage of treating stagnation of liver Qi type mammary gland hyperplasia.Provides new ideas for the treatment of stagnation of liver qi stagnation type mammary gland hyperplasia.Methods: 60 cases of stagnation of liver qi stagnation type disease of mammary gland hyperplasia patients selected fromthe acupuncture clinics of Ruikang Hospital.The cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each.The treatment group used cupping combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy,the control group using Rukuaixiao tablets.All cases before and after treatment were according to the size of the breast pain,breast lumps,stagnation of liver qi stagnation syndrome and other aspects of integral statistics.A table of the data,the statistical analysis with statistical software,to observe the results.Results: Clinical study found that,in the observation group,the total effective rate was 93.3%.In the control group,the total effective rate of 82.7%,by rank sum test analysis,observation group and control differences in the clinical curative effect of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The clinical curative effect of observation group than control group.Observation group and control group were to breast pain degree improve,after treatment,observation group and the control group compared t=3.565,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;in the observation group to relieve breast pain is better than the control group.Observation group and control group were of breast lump size degree of improvement,but after treatment,observation group and the control group compared t=0.790,P> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;observation group and the control group were of stagnation of liver qi stagnation syndrome symptoms improved,but after treatment,observation group and the control group compared:t=1.176,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion: Cupping combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of liver depression and qi stagnation type breast hyperplasia with soothing the liver and regulating the circulation of Qi,loose knot analgesia effect.And the effect to improve breast pain is particularly evident.The therapy is effective,and the total effect is better than that of the oral block,so it is worthy of clinical application.
