ObjectiveTo explore the Jianpi Wenshen,regulating the liver and promoting blood circulation, Tongfu Xiezhuo method as the composition principle of Jiarongkang’ an Misture hypothyroidism clinical effects of comprehensive intervention disease with abnormal lipid metabolism.Research methodsThe selected patients with impaired thyroid function abnormal metabolism oflipid complications of 60 cases were randomly divided into Jia Rong Kangtreatment group(30 cases) and levothyroxine control group(30 cases), in 8 weeks for a course of treatment. Taking the signs, symptoms of patients withthyroid function and related antibodies, blood lipid as the main observation indexes, using apolipoprotein, blood rheology, gonadal hormone, pituitary hormone was a secondary index, carries on the curative effect observation and comparison.The results of the study1.The JRK can significantly improve the main clinical symptoms and signs of patients(P<0.01), curative effect is obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05);2.The Jia Rong Kang have obvious improvement in patients with thyroid function(P<0.01), compared to the control group had significant difference(P<0.01 or P<0.05), but the effect is not significant related antibody.3.The significantly lower serum total cholesterol(TC), patients with triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) levels, and increased high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) level, and there was significant difference between before and after treatment(P<0.01,), compared with the control group also had significant difference(P<0.01);4.The JRK can obviously improve the abnormal lipid metabolism in patients withhypothyroidism complicated with Apo-A1, Apo-B and Lp(a) level(P<0.01), the curative effect is similar with that of the control group, the ratio of Apo-A/Bregulation is better than the control group(P<0.05);5.And obviously improve the indexes of blood rheology, there is significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.01), and the curative effect isbetter than that of the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05);6.The JRK can significantly improve patients gonadal hormone and pituitaryhormone levels(P<0.01), especially for T, P and PRL regulation is better than the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05);7.The Jia Rong Kang combined with clinical comprehensive total efficacy in patients with abnormal lipid metabolism of hypothyroidism: the efficiency of the treatment group was 26.67%, effective rate was 56.66%, total effective rate was 83.33%; the control group was 6.67% efficiency, efficiency is 50%, the total effective rate was 56.67%.Conclusionclinical research confirms, Jia Rong Kang of hypothyroidismcomplicated with abnormal lipid metabolism in patients with curative effect, the clinical intervention effect is obvious, Jianpi Wenshen, regulating the liver and promoting blood circulation, Tong Fu Xie pathogenesis turbidity andhypothyroidism complicated with abnormal lipid metabolism is consistent with theoccurrence and development of composition, this rule is a Rong Kangfang can effectively prevention and treatment of hypothyroidism combined with abnormal lipid metabolism, and is worthy of further study and development.
