Objective:Through the observation of Fu Yang living bone pill with the effect of blood lipid and the pathological core decompression on experimental rabbit model of steroid induced femoral head necrosis, study in the treatment of steroid induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head disease mechanism.Methods:45 New Zealand healthy adult rabbits, randomly selected 9 as blank control group(normal group), the remaining rabbits were given Hydroprednisone Acetate Molding, molding after 6 weeks were randomly killed 5 rabbits(1 rats in the normal group, model group with 4 rats), after passing the inspection certificate real animal model successfully, the rats were randomly divided into four groups: model group(model group, 8 rats), decompression group(core decompression group, 8 rats), Fu- Yang huogu pill group(Chinese medicine group, 8 rats), Fu- Yang huogu pill and medullary core decompression group(Chinese medicine and decompression group, 8). Then the normal group and model group daily normal saline 20ml; traditional Chinese medicine group were given compound Yang huogu pill(4.8g/kg.d) by gavage; decompression group to the femoral internal puncture after drilling decompression; traditional Chinese medicine and decompression group were given drilling decompression administered by Fu Yang huogu pill take the same amount of. And to observe the pathological sections in the femoral head modeling success and after 6 weeks of treatment, blood serum lipids.Results:1 The body weight: the measurement in after the success of modeling in the model group were lower than those of normal weight group, after treatment for 6 weeks after decompression group body weight increased, the Chinese medicine group weight also increased, traditional Chinese medicine and decompression group weight increases obviously.2 There were and pathology: trabecular bone model group showed small and sparse, the bone marrow cavity fat cell growth, larger, decompression group, Chinese medicine group, Chinese medicine group and decompression group and model group compared with traditional Chinese medicine and pathology of light, similar to a normal decompression group.3 The lipid testing: total cholesterol and triglyceride in serum of model group was statistically significant compared with the normal group(P <0.05); there was statistical significance in decompression group, Chinese medicine group, Chinese medicine group and decompression of the serum total cholesterol and triglycerides compared with model group(P<0.05); there was statistical significance in decompression group and traditional Chinese medicine and decompression group, the serum levels of total cholesterol and triglycerides compared with statistical significance(P<0.05), herb group and decompression group and the serum total cholesterol and triglyceride compared(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of a large number of the experiment once again proven hormone is caused by ischemic necrosis of the femoral head of rabbit appeared in one of the reasons; Fu Yang huogu pill with marrow core decompression for the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head may play a role by decreasing the serum total cholesterol and triglyceride.
