| Objects:Infertility is an important research topic in male science, on the basis of theoretical discussions about kidney governing reproduction,this paper established deficiency of kidney essence disease models with adenine, research of influence on sperm function and gene expression of Shengjingyulintang, explored the mechanism of Shengjingyulintang promoting reproductive function in male rats.Methods:Totally 40 male mice at the age of three months, these mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, Wuziyanzongwan group, Shengjingyulintang group, by random number table method, ten normal mice in each group, which were separately given oral medicine. Excluding normal group, the male mice was given with 250mg/kg/d liquid mixed suspension of adenine for established deficiency of kidney essence disease models.The procedures lasted for one month.While, normal group was administered with physiologic saline, Wuziyanzongwan group was given liquid mixed suspension of Wuziyanzongwan,Shengjingyulintang group was given decoction of Shengjingyulintang,Go on to than treat with dosage for 1ml/100g. once a day.The procedures lasted for 30 days.Then, extracting sperm for the index of relevant examination.①Observed and recorded male mice body weight,diet,feces,hair,activities,etc.It is weighed by analytical balance. Through the research of gene chips, the function mechanism of Shengjingyulintang may express through regulating the model big mouse's sperm RNA, The influence sperm's occurrence, mature, the movement and to areas such as signal transduction pathways to improving their reproductive function, thus initially revealed the scientific connotation of "kidney governing reproduction".
