Objective:Explore the effect of inhibiting cervical tumor growth and the regulation of immune status by Jinhengling.Methods:①We establish the immunosuppressive animal model by intraperitoneal injection of CP 100 mg/kg in BALB/c mice,we set up the tumor-bearing mice model through injecting human CACX tumor Hela cells into posterolateral branches of immunosuppressive BALB/c mice,divided into two groups,respectively feed by Jinhengling and distilled water,10 rats per group,fed by clean water and food,change the padding per week.Observe the rats 134 days.Observe the change of rats’state; measure the size of tumor before、1、2、3and4 months after treatment; measure the change of WBC four times.Calculate the tumor inhibition rate and tumor growth rate.②Use the same methods to eastablish the tumor-bearing mice on the immunosuppressive BALB/c mice, divided into two groups, respectively feed by Jinhengling and distilled water,10 rats per group, after 15 days, kill the rats, weigh the heavy of the spleen and the thymus, calculate the spleen index and thymus index.Results:①Jinhengling has obvious effect on gaining weight, prolong the survival time, improve living condition (P<0.05);②The group fed by Jinhengling decrease the size of tumor obviously (P<0.05), the tumor inhibition rate is 67.90%; ③The group fed by Jinhengling slow down the size of tumor (P<0.05),tumor growth rate of 1、2 month after fed by Jinhengling is lower than another group;④Jinhengling can improve the level of white blood cells in tumor-burdened mice (P<0.05);⑤The spleen index and thymus index of the group fed by Jinhengling is higher than another group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine compound Jinhengling has the ability of inhibiting cervical tumor growth, can regulate the immune status of tumor-bearing mice model.
