Objectives In this experiment, the goal is to detection four groups level of NO、ET、AgⅡ、s ICAM-1and s VCAM-1. Four groups Include Coronary Heart Disease with qideficiency and blood-stasis syndrome, Coronary Heart Disease with non-qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome, Non-Coronary Heart Disease with qi-deficiency and bloodstasis syndrome, Healthy group. Search the relationship of Coronary Heart Disease with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome and endothelial dysfunction.Methods In this study, the selected patients were divided into four groups Respectively Coronary Heart Disease with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome, Coronary Heart Disease with non-qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome, Non-Coronary Heart Disease with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome, Healthy group. We observed 100 cases in each groups. We detected the Level of NO、ET、AgⅡ、s ICAM-1and s VCAM-1, We used the statistical software analyze the data from our experiment.Results The difference that the four groups of patients performance are no statisttcal significance at those aspects, which are gender 、 age 、 weight 、 height 、smokinghistory、family history of coronary heart disease、diabetes 、 hypertension、SBP、DBP(P>0.05). The Level of ET、AgⅡ、s ICAM-1 and s VCAM-1in qideficiency and blood-stasis syndrome, Coronary Heart Disease with non-qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome, Non-Coronary Heart Disease with qi-deficiency and bloodstasis syndrome is more than in the healthy group, the results were statistically significant differences(P<0.01),and the Level of NO in qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome, Coronary Heart Disease with non-qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome, NonCoronary Heart Disease with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome is higher than in the healthy group, The results showed no statistically significant(P>0.05). The level of ET、AgⅡ、s ICAM-1and s VCAM-1in Coronary Heart Disease qi-deficiency and bloodstasis syndrome is higher than Non-Coronary Heart Disease with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome, the results were statistically significant differences(P<0.05); the level of NO in Coronary Heart Disease qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome is less than Non-Coronary Heart Disease with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome, the results showed no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Abnormal expression of the existence of NO, ET, AgⅡ, s ICAM-1 ands VCAM-1 and other vasoactive substances in the Coronary Heart Disease with qideficiency and blood-stasis syndrome, Coronary Heart Disease with non-qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome, Non-Coronary Heart Disease with qi-deficiency and bloodstasis syndrome. So the Coronary Heart Disease with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome have the relationship with endothelial dysfunction.
