Objective:Through studying the correlation of coronary heart disease(CHD)stable angina pectoris patients' vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),lymphocyte to monocyte ratio(LMR)and blood stasis syndrome, and to provide an objective basis for the syndrome differentiation of CHD stable angina pectoris. Methods:From March 2019 to December 2019,98 patients who met the standard of healthy people and CHD stable angina were selected from the outpatient department of cardiovascular department I of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the TCM classification,CHD stable angina patients were divided into two groups, namely blood stasis group and non blood stasis group,34 cases in each group and 30 cases in the healthy group. The levels of sex, name, age, smoking history, drinking history, lymphocyte number, monocyte number,LMR and VEGF in three groups were recorded. All the data were statistically analyzed and compared with SPSS20.0 to explore the correlation between VEGF,LMR and blood stasis syndrome in CHD patients with stable angina.Results:1.There was no significant difference in lymphocyte count between non blood stasis syndrome group, blood stasis syndrome group and healthy group(P> 0.05).2.The number of monocytes in CHD patients with stable angina pectoris was significantly higher than that in non blood stasis syndrome group, blood stasis syndrome group and healthy group(P< 0.05).3.In CHD patients with stable angina pectoris, the serum VEGF and LMR levels in the non blood stasis syndrome group, the blood stasis syndrome group and the healthy group were compared, and the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).4.The results of correlation analysis showed that LMR was negatively correlated with blood stasis(r < 0,P < 0.05),VEGF was positively correlated with blood stasis(r > 0,P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Compared with non-blood stasis syndrome, the blood stasis syndrome of patients with CHD stable angina pectoris has higher serum VEGF levels.2.Compared with non-blood stasis syndrome, the blood stasis syndrome in patients with CHD stable angina pectoris has lower LMR levels.3.LMR level of CHD stable angina is correlated with blood stasis syndrome, which is negative correlation.VEGF level of CHD stable angina is also correlated with blood stasis syndrome, which is positive correlation. |
