White Flowers Of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Fumigation And Intra-articular Injection Of Sodium Hyaluronate Comparative Study On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective To explore intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with white Salvia Miltiorrhiza fumigation treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy. Methods Select severity of symptoms similar to that of 129 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly divided into three groups, a group of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate injection alone; a group of white Salvia Miltiorrhiza fumigation treatment; a group of intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with Salvia Miltiorrhiza fumigation treatment. For a 5-week course of treatment, 1 to 3 groups of patients with the clinical efficacy of overall evaluation and knee function.Results Pure sodium hyaluronate group, pure white flowers, the combined group’s total effective rate was 81.39%, 76.74% and 81.39% respectively; combined with rapid onset and a longer set of advantages. Conclusion White Salvia Miltiorrhiza fumigation combined with the treatment of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate knee osteoarthritis better effect to fast and lasting effects,, is worthy of popularization and application.
