| Objective :To research the clinicopathological features of Foxp3 and NF-κB protein expression levels in hepatic alveolar echinococcosis and its relationship with hepatic alveolar echinococcosis.Method:To select 20 patients with hepatic alveolar echinococcosis who have had surgical procedure in qinghai university affiliated hospital and dyeing these paraffin embedding slices of human liver tissue with alveolar echinococcosis by immunohistochemical technique, then take them in organization morphological examination by microscope, and detection the expression of Foxp3 and NF-κB in turn.Sorting the data and analysising data, then get the conclusion.Results:1. The bubble Edge with hydatid liver cells expressing Foxp3-positive rate is 35.0%; normal liver tissue expression of Foxp3-positive rate of hepatocytes is 10.0%, the difference between them was significant(χ2 =3.898, P <0.05), that’s Foxp3 marginal zone tissue expression in alveolar hydatid protein was significantly higher than normal liver tissue. 2. It was no significant(P> 0.05)with normal tissues that alveolar hydatid fringe organization Foxp3 protein expression and patient age, tumor size.3. The positive rate of alveolar hydatid edge of NF-κB protein with tissue and normal tissue respectively are 45.0%, 10.0%, the difference between them was deeply significant(χ2 = 6.144, P <0.05). 4. It was no significant(P> 0.05)with normal tissues that alveolar hydatid fringe organization NF-κB protein expression and patient age, tumor size. Conclusion :The expression of Foxp3 protein and NF-κB protein in the alveolar hydatid fringe organization was significantly higher than them in normal tissue of liver. Alveolar hydatid fringe organization expression of Foxp3 protein and NF-κB was no significant(P> 0.05) with the patient’s maleã€ageã€body mass index and tumor size. |
