Concentration Determination And Clinical Significance Of Co-signalling Molecules SPD-1 And SPD-L1 In Patients With Hepatic Alveolar Echinococcosis

Objective:To study the expression of soluble procedural death protein 1 and soluble procedural death protein ligand 1 in peripheral blood of patients with hepatic alveolitis and to explore its clinical significance.Methods:1.A total of 40 subjects were studied,including 20 patients in the experimental group(HAE patients)and 20 patients in the control group(healthy subjects).Collect serum samples from patients with HAE and the corresponding clinical data(such as age,gender,liver function,blood,etc.).2.The expression levels of s PD-1 and s PD-L1 in the supernatant of peripheral blood were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),analyzing the relevance correlation between s PD-1?s PD-L1 clinical parameters.Results:(1)The expression level of s PD-1 was significantly different between the experimental group and the control group(48.05 ± 35.71 pg / ml VS.10.72 ± 4.63 pg /ml,t = 4.635,P = 0.000).The expression level of s PD-L1 was significantly different between the experimental group and the control group(164.75 ± 116.69 pg / ml VS.69.58 ± 48.30 pg / ml,t = 3.370,P = 0.002).(2)There was a positive correlation between the concentration of s PD-1 and s PD-L1 in peripheral blood of patients with HAE(r = 0.881,P <0.01).(3)s PD-1 and s PD-L1 were positively correlated with TBIL,DBIL,ALT and AST of pationents with HAE(P<0.05).(4)s PD-1?s PD-L1 were not related to HAE with age,white blood cell count,neutrophil count,lymphocyte count,red blood cell,hemoglobin,albumin and hydatid lesion size(P>0.05).Conclusion:s PD-1 and s PD-L1 naturally existed in patients with HAE and healthy people.we have found the concentration of s PD-1?s PD-L1 was abnormally high in patients with HAE,meanwhile the was possitive correlation between s PD-1?s PD-L1 and liver function(TBIL?DBIL?AST?ALT),which indicated that s PD-1?s PD-L1 might participate in pathogenesis of HAE.However,their biological significance remains to be further studied.
