Research On The Of Construction Military Psychological Rescue Force

With the development of the form of war and military tasks other than war in the, psychological stress reaction has a high incidence. If psychological rescue work can not keep up with the time, panic will spread, which may affect the battle effectiveness of the army. The establishment of a reasonable organization structure, the professional quality of military psychological rescue unit has become a top priority.The thesis is divided into six parts, consisting of introduction, discussion and suggestions as well as four text. The specific contents are as follows:The first part mainly introduces the research background, research purpose and significance, the main research contents, research methods, data analysis and quality control tools and research technology roadmap.The second part is the foundation research of the construction of military psychological rescue team, which mainly includes the concept, features, mission, basic principles and content of diversified military psychological relief.The third part is the demand analysis of the construction of military psychological rescue team. Questionnaire survey were conducted among three groups of trainees who attended the psychological training at Third Military Medical University. Logistic regression analysis was employed to analyze the factors which influence the quality of military mental health work. Then we pointed out the status quo of military mental health and put forward specific suggestions.The fourth part is the study of the ability construction of military psychology rescue team. Based on the analysis of the process of determining and military psychological rescue team ability index system, Delphi method, to determine the weight of index elements of military psychological rescue teams and the ability elements, including four first class indexes such as organization and command capability, emergency mobile capability, medical evacuation capability, the capability to adapt to the environment, ten second class indexes, 25 level third class indexes. Then we analyzed the independent meaning and request of every index in the indexes system.The fifth part is the overall designing of the construction of military psychological rescue team. Through literature review, expert consultation, questionnaire survey and other methods, we ultimately determined the construction content of the military psychological rescue team, including the task orientation, personnel organization, material allocation and layout, working process and difficulty if military psychological rescue team.The sixth part is the discussion and suggestions. According to the construction of index system of military psychological rescue team and how to improve the ability of military psychological rescue team psychological rescue capability are discussed, and specific suggestions were put forward.
