Background and purpose:Relevant information, in a variety of human trauma, especially after abdominal trauma, kidney and other solid organ damage can lead to bleeding, serious or even life-threatening[1]. How quickly and effectively stopped the bleeding is war, and all kinds of trauma surgery the most important issue[2]. The most commonly used methods such as hemostasis oppression, ligation and electrical burning hemostasis in severe renal trauma emergency treatment did not achieve satisfactory results, with the development of bio-materials technology, new types of absorbable hemostatic materials continue to come out, and its Application surgical field has been constantly expanding, especially among trauma surgery and laparoscopic surgery[3-4], in which biological glue Philharmonic blessing because it has low thermal polymerization, high bonding strength, good biocompatibility and diffusion properties, or blood in the water Under the effect of rapidly solidified into anionic and human tissue toughness similar biological characteristics of the fine films in recent years, there are many reports of such biological glue for easy bleeding of the kidneys and other organs in vascular embolization[5-7]. Biological glue hemostasis in all kinds of kidney trauma situations, help solve abdominal trauma, severe renal impairment is not rapid hemostasis and need laparotomy, or even nephrectomy and other issues for the future application of such biological glue acute early renal trauma wounds to stop bleeding, reduce the incidence of shock, lay the foundation to preserve renal tissue[8-12]. This is not only in line with the characteristics of trauma surgery, and more in line with the concept of minimally invasive surgery. Also for the treatment of renal trauma and bleeding clinical war trauma first aid and provide experimental evidence.Materials and methods:The main study compared this experiment under various types of renal trauma cases, hemostasis blessing Philharmonic biological glue and quick styptic powder and a traditional method of hemostasis and late wound healing. Take 42 rabbits were divided into three groups, the establishment of kidney scratches, partial nephrectomy and renal injury after penetrating wound models, respectively, biological glue, the traditional method of hemostasis and available hemostatic powder treatment. Observed and recorded the amount of bleeding and bleeding time in each group, after a month nephrectomy pathological wounds, observe and analyze the wound healing tissue.Results:Successfully established various models of renal trauma, bleeding after treatment were found significant differences in each group, only biological glue set amount of bleeding in the kidney scratch model of(1.39 ± 0.09ml), available amount of bleeding is styptic powder group(1.77 ± 0.44ml), the difference was not statistically obvious(P = 0.115), bleeding time were(5.02 ± 0.23 s, 66.40 ± 7.35s), the difference was statistically obvious(P <0.01), the rest of the experimental results of the group display, biological glue hemostatic wound treatment is better than the traditional suture quick styptic powder to st op bleeding, kidney partial resection of the bleeding wounds were(2.07 ± 0.25 ml, 11.42 ± 1.33 ml, 5.57 ± 1.43ml), bleeding time(6.16 ± 0.69 s, 139.38 ± 8.97 s, 63.70 ± 5.90s), there was a significant difference was statistically obvious(P <0.01); kidney in jury through application of biological glue and available hemostatic powder blood loss was(2.01 ± 0.36 ml, 3.95 ± 0.39ml), bleeding time(7.68 ± 0.80 s, 144.26 ± 9.27s), there was a significant difference was statistically obvious(P <0.01). The results sh owed that all groups of renal pathology wound healing well, handling all types of biological glue to stop bleeding wound around the wound chronic inflammatory cell infiltration was significantly less than traditional suture quick styptic powder to stop ble eding.conclusion:Fu biological glue in the treatment of renal Philharmonic scratch, partial nephrectomy hemostatic wound and penetrating injuries is better than quick styptic powder and traditional sutures, rapid and stable hemostatic effect, no other ob vious bleeding and postoperative infectious complications, it is worth surgery to stop bleeding in a clinical environment and the war on parenchymal organs bleeding hemostasis research to promote early treatment.
