The Clinical Of Traditional Chinese Medicine With Collapse Stains And Paraffin Therapy Affect Spastic Cerebral Palsy Children’s Plantar Flexor And Gross Moror

Objective:Analyse the effects of Traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains and paraffin therapy affect spastic cerebral palsy children’s plantar flex or and gross mortor.Methods:The study included all subjects ordered numbers first and then were randomly grouped, then 60 children with Spastic hemiplegia met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group. Treatment group given traditional Chinese medicine are stained by combining kerotherapy down, the control group given kerotherapy; 30 min,1 times a day for 8 weeks.Modified Ashworth Scale (Modified Ashworth Scale, MAS),the dynamics of passive foot dorsiflexion angle measurements (fast angle),Gross Motor Function Assessment Scale (Gross motor function rating scale,(GMFM)assessment, evaluation of treatment, before and after the clinical efficacy.Results:1.MAS Rating:two groups of MAS score comparison before and after the treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05); In the two groups after treatment in children with MAS score comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05);2.Foot dorsiflexion angle (fast angle:two groups before and after treatment the foot back stretching Angle Angle (fast) comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05);After treatment, two groups of children with foot back Angle (fast) with statistical significance (P<0.05);3.GMFM Rating:compare of GMFM score before and after treatment of two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); In the two groups after treatment in children with GMFM score comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05);Conclusion:1.Chinese medicine combined with the collapse of stains wax treatment can significantly reduce spastic cerebral palsy triceps muscle tension.2.The collapse of traditional Chinese medicine combined stains wax treatment can significantly improve spastic cerebral palsy foot dorsiflexion angle (fast corner).3.The collapse of traditional Chinese medicine combined stains wax treatment can significantly improve spastic cerebral palsy gross motor ability.4.Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)collapse stains combination type kerotherapy improve spasm cerebral palsy plantar flexor muscle spasms and gross motor is superior to the wax treatments.
