Objective: To analyze the risk factors forvenous thromboembolism(VTE) ingyn ecologic malignancy tumor patients, which may provide a reference for clinical Pre vention. Methods:A retrospective study in the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjian g Medical University from 2010 to 2014,60 cases of gynecologic malignancy tumor patients with venous thromboembolism in patients with clinical data, selecting the same period 60 cases of gynecologic malignancies were not associated with VTE p atients as control group. Then retrospectively reviewed the clinical data of those cas es,including all the rated risk factors. With help of software SPSS17.0,weused Lo gistic regression to evaluate the risk factors.Laboratory examination resultsfor measu rement data described in(?x±s,according to the variance is homogeneouswith the u se of two independent samples t test or approximate t-test.Results: 1.Binary logistic single factor regression analysis results are shown: between the two groups in age, hypertension, tumor stage, pathological differentiation, open surgery, peripherally in serted central catheter were risk factors affecting venous thromboembolism(P < 0.05),binary logistic multiple factors regression analysis showed: high blood pressure, open surgery, tumor stage, peripherally inserted central catheterare independent risk factors for venous thromboembolism(P < 0.05).test analysis oftwo groups of labor atory results are shown: hemoglobin, mean platelet volume, thrombin time, fibrinog en original time difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05). The area under t he ROC curve values is 0.67, 0.645, 0.62 and 0.595.Conclusion: 1.The risk factor of gynecological malignant tumor patients with venous thromboembolism is hypert ension, open surgery, malignant tumor of advanced, peripherally inserted central cat heter,The prognosis of gynecologic canner with deep vein thrombosis is the result of multiple factors.2.ROC diagnostic value from large to small is hemoglobin, mea n platelet volume, plasma fibrinogen time, thrombin time.
