Correlative Study Between The Northwest Dryness Sy Ndrome And COPD Syndrome Of Uighurand Han In Xinjiang Hetan Region

Objective:Investigation and analysis of hetain region Uighur and han two patient s with COPD and contrast samples of TCM syndrome and Northwest dryness Synd rome duffer form,to explore characteristics and Northwest dryness syndrome correlat ion.Methods:1.Results:(1)Questionnaire survey to collect hetian district hospital pat ients with COPD and hetian patients with COPD and hetian city hospital as a case group,78 cases;the control group in accordance with the ratio1:2 to collect local et hnic community of the same age,age is not more than 5 years old healthy people.156 cases,case-control study between two samples.2.Two samples investigate North west dryness prevalence.3.Investigation cases COPD symptoms in order to study th e disease index and structure of syndromes;using domestic COPD treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine paper literature metrolo gy analysis toreflect the characteristics of COPD in xinjiang.4.Statistical analysis of the introduction of disease index,the index,the disease index,such as metrology ind ex,using the chi-square,variance,correlation analysis and cluster analysis method. Res ults: 1.Northwest xinjiang hetan COPD patientd with mania the cancer rate is signi ficantly higher(51.28%)than the control group(12.82%),the COPD suffer form Northwest dryness the odds ratio for manic certificate or not,OR is 7.16.2. COPD patients suffering form disease index and the affection of the Northwest dryness in dex is higher than non-dryness(P<0.01 或 P<0.05),the condition of the former class ification is better than the later.the complexity of the syndrome structure is greater than the later.3.The Uighur and han in the control group of Northwest dryness sic ken rate showed no statistically significant difference, disease-group Uighur Northw est dryness sicken rate higher than han nationality.because the illness more importa nt than the han people;disease-group Uighur disease index and disease classification is higher than the han people;the wind dr lung injury han sentiment index id grea t tan Uighur people,phlegm and blood stasis resistance lung and cold drink uighuris greater than han people;northwest Uighur copd of main syndrome index lighter t han han people, accompany syndrome index higher than han people 4.Gender analy sis,female copd of northwest dryness state of illness higher than man.the disease-g roup and control-group female copd of northwest dryness sicken rate(55.88%,17.64%) higher than man(47.72%,9.09%)(P<0.05)5.Analysis age,copd with the increase of age,disease index and syndrome index is higher,northwest dryness state and syndrome index is higher.6.Lung fier mist wind dry permit the most closely r elationship with copd syndromes.7.Compared with domestic copd literature,xinjiang copd stable multiple symptoms as:dry,bitter taste,sensation of cold,gurgling with spu tum frequency is higher than the domestic,with diarrhea and poor eating less than domestic;qi and yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis syndromes of the lung the t hree syndrome equal frequency with domestic,xinjiang copd stroke syndromes was dry lung injury,cold drinks,something made a frequency higher than domestic;xinjian g copd stabilization thougt external cold and inter fluid is main syndrome,and dom estic qi deficiency syndrome in phlegm obstruction an the main syndrome.
