| Objective : research the protective effect of mature Uighur Medicine treatment for the myocardium ischemical reperfusion injury of rats. Methods: On the basis of previous studies, establish the animal ischemical reperfusion injury model of abnormal savda rats, and verify it. Based on the abnormal savda rat model of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury, in order to study the protective effect of abnormal savda munzip in Uighur Medicine for ischemia reperfusion injury, 72 male SD rats are selected and divided into normal sham operation group, normal operation group, modeled sham operation group, modeled operation group, munzip intervention group and atorvastatin intervention group. Monitor the ECG changes, morphological changes of myocardial tissue, ultrastructural changes of myocardium and changes of myocardial enzyme during myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.Results:(1) On the basis of previous studies, we successfully establish the abnormal savda ischemia reperfusion vector animal model, which is proved to be feasible for follow-up studies.(2) In munzip intervention group, myocardial enzymes and cardiac troponin levels of rats are obviously lower than that of modeled group, and a slighter lower than that of atorvastatin group. Changes of myocardial tissue in HE staining and ultrastructural changes of myocardium show that the injury degree of myocardial tissue in munzip intervention group is the least. Monitoring ECG changes we know that changes of S-T section is the least for munzip intervention group in ligation ischemia, and the occurrence of various malignant ventricular arrhythmias is the lowest after reperfusion.Conclusion:(1) The abnormal savda ischemia reperfusion vector animal model is feasible and can be used for follow-up studies.(2) Uighur Medicine munzip intervention can obviously improve the morphology and electrophysiological funct ion of cardiac muscle in rats of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury, its curative effect may be better than atorvastatin. |
