To determination quantitative of Erigeron Asarum contained in sugar free Erigeron mixture and Erigeron breviscapus extract by TLC. To determination quantitative of total flavonoids content in Sugar free Erigeron mixture by UV-Vis Spetrophotometry, the total flavonoids content had good linear relationship in the range of 0.0112~0.0560 mg/m L; The average recovery of Sugar free Erigeron mixture was 96.48%(RSD=1.56%, n=6); The average recovery of Erigeron breviscapus extract was 97.72%(RSD=1.45%, n=6); This method was simple, rapid, accurate, stable and repeatable.To determination quantitative of Scutellarin, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid and 1,3-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid in Sugar free Erigeron mixture and Erigeron breviscapus extract and Erigeron by HPLC. The analysis was carried on C18 column. The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile 0.1% formic acid with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 m L/min. The detection wavelength was at 327 nm. The tempemtue of column was at 30℃. There was a good linear range of 5.74~229.51 mg/m L for Scutellarin, 1.94~77.73 mg/m L for chlorogenic acid, 2.18~87.20 mg/m L for caffeic acid, and 1.15~46.12 mg/m L for 1,3-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid. The average recoveries of sugar free Erigeron mixture were 99.89%(RSD=1.44%, n=9), 99.19%(RSD=1.63%, n=9), 99.53%(RSD=1.69%, n=9), and 98.95%(RSD=1.56%, n=9), respectively; The average recoveries of Erigeron breviscapus extract were 98.79%(RSD 1.49%, n=9), 98.42%(RSD=1.84%, n=9), 99.29%(RSD=1.80%, n=9) and 97.32%(RSD=1.96%, n=9), respectively; The average recoveries of Erigeron were 97.48%(RSD=1.65%, n=9), 98.33%(RSD=1.80%, n=9), 98.76%(RSD=1.36%, n=9) and 97.52%(RSD=1.41%, n=9), respectively.
