Objective:In this study, a questionaire survey to explre the maintenance hemodialysis patients with uremic pruritus (uremic pruritus, UP) TCM syndrome distribution features, and its correlation with laboratory parameters, or UP TCM diagnosis and Dialectic governance to provide an objective basis. Methods:Collected from March2012to January2013at the Fuzhou General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region, renal medicine and hemodialysis room of outpatient and inpatient diagnosis of maintenance hemodialysis patients with uremic pruritus200cases, among which male114cases, female86cases. According to the diagnosis standard, inclusion standard, exclusion standard, and using clinical survey research methods, collecting patients TCM four diagnostic information, record the general data, including age, sex, body mass index, sleep time and duration of hemodialysis, detect and record patients’ serum urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr), parathyroid hormone (iPTH), calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and other laboratory index results. Use visual analogue scales (VAS) to assess of skin itching degree. Application SPSS16.0statistical software for data processing and analysis; Analysis the UP TCM syndrome distribution characteristics; Analysis the relation between the TCM general information and general data; Analysis the relation between TCM syndrome and laboratory indicators; Analysis the relation between itching degree of correlation and general data; Analysis the relation itching degree of correlation and laboratory indexes.Result:1.The TCM syndrome distribution of maintenance hemodialysis patients with uremic pruritus:blood deficiency and wind-dryness81cases, accounting for40.5%; a damp74cases, accounting for37%;45cases of blood stasis, accounting for22.5%.2. Up various syndromes group in the sleep time line one-way ANOVA, F=5.778, P=0.004(P<0.05), there are significant. Analysis the duration of hemodialysis line one-way ANOVA, F=7.078, P=0.001(P<0.05), there are significant. Analysis the itchy skin score line one-way ANOVA, F=19.09, P=0.000(P<0.05), there are significant.3. The skin itching score of UP patients in the sleep time line one-way ANOVA, F=4.640, P=0.004(P<0.05), there are significant. In the duration of hemodialysis line one-way ANOVA, F=2.964, P=0.033(P<0.05), there are significant.4. Up various syndromes group and the skin itching score in the age, body mass index, frequency of dialysis, laboratory index es(B UN, Scr, iPTH, Ca, P, CaxP,Mg), there are not significant.Conclusion:1. The maintenance hemodialysis patients with itchy skin TCM typing proportion to blood deficiency and wind-dryness, damp type, blood stasis type decreasing order, the ratio of blood deficiency and wind-dryness and damp type accounted for77.5%.2. According to blood deficiency and wind-dryness, damp type, blood stasis type, the hemodialysis duration of patients with UP extend in turn, sleep time decrease, the skin itching heavier.3. Hemodialysis course of the disease and sleep time is an important factor to affect UP patients syndrome type and skin itching extent.4. Up various syndromes group and the skin itching score in the age, body mass index, frequency of dialysis, laboratory indexes(BUN, Scr, iPTH, Ca, P, CaxP, Mg), there are not significant.
