Clinical Observation Of The Treatment On NAFLD Of Stagnation Of Liver-qi And Deficiency Of The Spleen And Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome With Using The Shuganjianpixiaozhi Decotion

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficiency and safety of Shuganjianpixiaozhi decoction on patients who has Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease of stagnation of liver-qi and deficiency of the spleen and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, and objectively evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of this treatment, to looking for a treatment enjoying reliable clinical efficiency and high security.MethodAccording to inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 patients were selected and assigned into a test group of 30 patients and a control group of 30 patients by means of random number table. All patients were treated with routine supportive care such as being on a diet and taking exercise. In addition, the control group was given Polyene Phosphatidylcholine capsules; the test group was treated on Shuganjianpixiaozhi decoction. Both groups were treated for twelve weeks. After treatment we observed and compared the total efficiency, TCM syndrome effect, the change of liver function, blood lipids, and the body mass index of the two groups, also the adverse reactions. Data was collected and analysized by using SPSS22.0.Result1. The clinical efficiency of the test group(93.33%) was obviously better than the control group(83.33%).The difference has statistical sense (P<0.05).2. The symptom scores of the test group reduced significantly after treatment, the test group showing a better perform in improving the symptom, such as pain in ribs, fatigue, depression, anorexia, which is much more better than that of the control group performs,with a statistically significant difference (P<0.01).3. The liver function improved in both groups after treatment, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). And the improvement rate of liver function of the test group had showed the statistically significant superiority than that of the control group(P<0.01).4. After treatment, the blood lipids parameter improved in test group,but not the control group. What’s more, the improvement rate of blood lipids parameter in the test group has shown the statistically significant superiority than that of the control group(P<0.05).5. The liver ultrasound also change statistically significantly after treatment in both groups. By comparison with the total efficiency of liver ultrasound improvement in the two groups, it had showed obviously difference, and the test group is better than the control group with statistics significance (P<0.05).6. The body mass index is better than that before the treatment in test group with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01). While in the control group, the difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05).7. In the twelve weeks treatment period, the safety parameter, such as heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure,routine blood test, routine urine test, routine stool test and so on, were all in the reference ranges. In test group, two subjects have had diarrhea, but they remitted soon one weeks later with continuing taking the decotion. Others had no any other side effect.ConclusionThe clinical efficiency of Shuganjianpixiaozhi decoction is positive. Compared with the control group of western medicine, the test group can improve liver function, blood lipids parameter, liver ultrasound, body mass index, in addition, improve clinical symptoms and total efficiency. The security of clinical application is reliable. The Shuganjianpixiaozhi decoction is deserved to be popularized.
