Effect Of Shuganjianpixiaozhi Recipe On Insulin Resistance In Patients With Nafld Of Stagnation Of Liver-Qi And Deficiency Of The Spleen And Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome

ObjectiveBy investigating the changes of the Shuganjianpixiaozhi recipe on the insulin resistance index in patients those who have the nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,to evaluate the curative effect and explore its mechanism on the treatment of NAFLD.MethodAccording to the random number table method,60 patients conforming to the criteria were arranged into two groups.The Chinese medicine group was provided the Shuganjianpixiaozhi recipe while the western medicine group was treated with the polyene phosphatidyl choline capsule.After the treatment lasted for twelve weeks,we collected the indexes of insulin resistance index,fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,liver function,blood lipid,uric acid,liver imaging,TCM syndromes,the body mass index and explore its mechanism of treatment of NAFLD after using the SPSS 22.0 software to carry out the analysis of all the data.Result1.Both groups can reduce fasting blood glucose level,and the improvement of the Chinese medicine group was obviously better than that of the western medicine group.2.The improvement of the Chinese medicine group on the fasting insulin was superior to that of the western medicine group.3.Both groups can improve insulin resistance,while the Chinese medicine group improved significantly better than western medicine group.4.The clinical efficiency of the western medicine group was obviously less than that of the Chinese medicine group.5.The symptom scores of both groups declined after treatment,but the Chinese medicine group played a better role than the western medicine group.6.The improvement of liver ultrasound existed in two groups after treatment.And the Chinese medicine group was better than the western medicine group by comparing.7.Both groups can statistically improve the liver function.In addition,between the Chinese medicine group the western medicine group,there was no differences.8.All the blood lipids of the Chinese medicine group significantly improved after the therapy.The improvement of the Chinese medicine group were better than that of the western medicine group.9.The uric acid of both the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group were significantly lower than that before.And the Chinese medicine group improved the uric acid better than western medicine group.10.The body mass index of the Chinese medicine group improved with statistically significant difference,while the western medicine group had no improvement after the entire trial treatment.11.During the entire trial,safety indicators of both groups were within the normal range and no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion:The treatment of Shuganjianpixiaozhi recipe on NAFLD is effective.By comparing with the western medicine group,this prescription can significantly improve the insulin resistance index and clinical symptoms in patients with NAFLD.Besides,it can reduce the patient’s liver function,blood lipids,liver ultrasound,uric acid,body mass index.Improving insulin resistance may be the mechanism of Shuganjianpixiaozhi recipe for the treatment of NAFLD.
