Objective:Gastric cancer lymphatic channel to shift the correlation of biological marker screening, screening for related biological markers can not only make the early diagnosis and forecast, and the ability to metastasize to gastric cancer lymphatic in detail to clarify the molecular mechanism, finally, choice of drugs for clinical treatment and prognosis judgement provide therapeutic targets. To provide ideas for early diagnosis of gastric cancer, to study the new method provides a new method of prevention and treatment of gastric cancer. Methods:Data of this paper is using the Yangtze university affiliated first clinical medical college in October 2013 to December 2015 clinic cases. Wax slice of these cases are after gastroscopy and pathological tissue inspection since determined in the case of gastric cancer and gastric cancer in these patients before the operation without any anticancer drugs. These patients data are summarized and finishing, classification records. Classification method according to the actual circumstances of the gender, age, body, the part of the lesions, tumor type, tumor size, lymph node metastasis occurs, then the ulcer, ulcer of infiltration degree and nerve invasion and so on. Under endoscopy learn to formulate relevant standards, with high, medium and low three levels classify the histologic type. And tumor size is divided according to the largest diameter. According to lymphatic metastasis, benign condition, can be divided into associated with lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer, lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer and benign tumor of the stomach. All this experiment, using SPSS 17.0 statistical experimental data analysis, using the chi-square test, any difference between the results are used to analyze data, further analysis of these results to make use of Spearman will get CTHRC1 protein expression in gastric cancer and correlation of VEGF-C proteins. Then use Kaplan Meier and log-rank method analysis, the effect of the survival of patients with the use of Cox regression model, the parameters in the prognosis of patients with cases forecast analysis on the project, relevant conclusions. Results:Using the cases of gastric cancer patients with clinical characteristics, combined with the research process of the actual results, analyzed the gender, age, size, concrete situation, the lesions of the parts of the body, tumor type, tumor size, lymph node metastasis occurs, then the ulcer, ulcer of infiltration degree and neural invasion of gastric cancer tissue CTHRC1 protein analysis of the impact. The experimental results in gastric cancer expression, CTHRC 1 protein and expression of VEGF-C protein in gastric cancer have a certain correlation, in this correlation is expressed as positive correlation stric cancer invasion and metastasis has a certain reference value; For Kaplan Meier-survival analysis, the analysis results can be found that CTHRC 1 protein positive expression of patients survival rate lower than a CTHRC 1 negative expression, compared the statistically difference between the two; Using Cox of CTHRC1 protein and tumor VEGF-C protein, and TNM stage were analyzed, and the analysis results show CTHRC1 protein in gastric cancer effect to show the independent risk factors.Conclusion:CTHRC1 protein and VEGF-C protein in gastric cancer tissue high expression of CTHRC1 protein and VEGF-C protein expression were positively correlated. VEGF-C CTHRC1 protein and protein that are independent of each other in the process of gastric cancer of lymphatic metastasis and synergy, finally promote the lymphatic metastasis of gastric cancer cells. Through CTHRC1 protein and VEGF-C proteins for joint detection, and get the two kinds of protein in gastric carcinoma was obtained.
