Internet And All-round Development Of Human

All-round development of human is the highest ideal and ultimate goal of humansurvival and development. The emergence and development of internet in the second halfof the20th century has changed the living state and development prospect of human, andhas been constantly creating superior condition for human development and socialprogress. It has also made all-round development of human possible in reality. Under thebackground of internet, the issue on all-round development of human has become a hottopic in modern study. This thesis consists of four parts. Through thorough analysis of thepositive and negative effects of internet on the all-round development of human, thisthesis aims at eliminating negative effect and promoting all-round development of humanunder the background of internet.The first part is the analysis of the concept concerning internet and all-rounddevelopment of human. Starting from basic concept, this thesis first analyzes the essenceand property of internet, and then illustrates the development process of it. Secondly, thisthesis elaborates the formation of all-round development of human and analyzes thescientific connotation of it as well as its realization approach.The second part dissertates the significance of internet on all-round development ofhuman. The positive effect of internet can be reflected in several aspects: enlarging thedevelopmental field, enriching the developmental content and mode, creating virtueenvironment for general intercourse, realizing development that transcending time andspace, upgrading human subjectivity, providing spiritual motivation, promoting rapiddevelopment of productivity and laying material foundation.The third part explores the negative effect of internet on all-round development ofhuman. Internet is a “double-edged sword”, which can promote all-round development ofhuman and can also bring tough challenge resulted in negative effect such as, information alienation， trust crisis, moral decline, thinking weakening, privacy infringement andcybercrime.The fourth part puts forward some strategies concerning how to overcome thenegative effect and promote all-round development of human. There are four aspects toexert every effort to eliminate the negative impact of network on people. The first is toimprove the netizen’s civilization quality through enhancing education and guidance; thesecond is to standardize netizen’s behavior through establishing a sound legal andregulatory system; the third aspect is to strengthen ethics and moral accomplishment andabide by the law consciously; the last point is to enhance the social responsibilityconsciousness and eliminate the negative effect of internet.
