| Popular culture is a kind of new cultural form. Nowadays, Chinese popularculture has grown up to be major social cultural form, and keeps pace with the dominantculture and elite culture. collaborative governance has been used to address thecollaboration among different sectors and become the new trend of the publicmanagement theory. Thus, it has great significance to do one research of promoting theharmonious development of Chinese popular culture under the guide of collaborativegovernance theory, it not onlydraws attention to improve the situation but also has thesignificance of integrating theory with practice and guiding practice.To develop Chinese popular culture harmoniously is one systematic and complicatedproject. We need to grasp key sectors accurately and give full play to the collaborativeactions among each other. This paper is based on the guidance of collaborativegovernance theory and on the basis of the analysis of China’s Got Talent, a typicaland proved case which has been successfully promoted with the help of collaborativeactions, its mail goal is to explore collaborative actions which can promote Chinesepopular culture harmoniously.This paper selects topic closely to the current situation of China popular culture,aims to promote Chinese popular culture to develop harmoniously by collaborativeactions, and meet more public’s spiritual and cultural needs. It emphasizes multi-sectorcollaboration among government, creators, and the public, as China is trying to reformits social management system. But there are some deficiencies in this paper, the mostobvious one is that it includes many contents, but discussions about some of them is notenough. |
