With the development of the translation industry and the popularization ofcomputer-aided translation, traditional human translation fails to meet the demand oftranslation markets. Team collaboration in the computer-aided environment can copewith the changing situation of the translation industry. Therefore, to carry out atranslation project, translators need serious translation skills and the ability to work onthe computer in the whole process. More importantly, they should be able to take chargeof different jobs in a project by way of effective collaboration. This thesis mainly takeshuman factors in team collaboration as the object of study so as to raise translationquality and efficiency. In the specific analysis, it mainly focuses on the study of severalproblems related to team collaboration in translation project management, like conflictsamong team members and intra-team competition. After a detailed analysis of theseproblems from the perspective of organizational behavior, specific suggestions areforwarded to project managers and translators in order to help them create a moreefficient team.
