Emotional word contains not only linguistic information glyphs, and other generalsemantics contained characters, and different emotional words contain varying degrees ofemotional information, which includes emotional information processing emotional word hascertain advantages over normal word processing, we also referred to as emotional valenceeffects. Among them, the different characters emotional valence effects not only because oftheir vocabulary properties, arousal or word frequency is different, it is shown by the differenteffects of emotional valence, and different forms of different tasks, such as perceptual tasks, vocabulary tasks degree of lexical processing levels also affect emotional valence effects. This article is on the factors affecting the price effects of emotional characters, wordfrequency and impact of the task in the form of emotional valence effects were studied. Studydesign for the2×3two factors completely within-subject design, the process of recordingtime using ERP emotional word processing, contrast font judgment task and lexical decisiontask, kanji frequency (high-frequency, low-frequency) and Chinese emotional valence(positive, neutral, negative) impact on the emotional valence effects at different time course ofthe effect of emotional valence. The results showed that, N1and other early ERP components subject to materialcharacteristics (for example, word frequency, etc.) and tasks in the form of little effect, is a"automated" process. EPN component reflects the emotional content of the word visualattention, experiment, and the high-frequency and low-frequency word emotion emotionalwords were triggered emotional valence effect, EPN peak and average volatility greater thanneutral words, the second experiment, the low-frequency words evoked emotion emotionalvalence effects. It seems also shows, EPN component is not completely automated, with thespecific tasks related to experiment; high frequency and the difference between the positiveand negative word significant word, which may be due to the processing of negative wordsthere is a "negative bias"(negative bias), and therefore, EPN affected by the form of the task.N400in the present study recognized to reflect semantic processing of EEG components.Experiment one study, N400effect is mainly reflected in the low frequency emotional words,Experiment II N400studies are reflected in the high-frequency words, high-frequencyamplitude is more negative than neutral words negative words, low-frequency words more negative than positive neutral word, N400amplitude and stimulating relationship vocabularyand semantic properties or attributes and background related. Compliance with BIAM modelpoint of view, the greater the volatility of the neutral word N400joins the more difficult. LPCand other advanced ingredients may be more affected by the attention-oriented, have a moresignificant effect on the font emotional valence judgment task. Under lexical decision task, meaning resources to attract more attention to negative words have attentional bias (Charash&Mckay,2002), which is the individual’s word processing there is a "negative bias"(negative bias), so that the low-frequency neutral and negative words No significantdifferences in word and late ERP components may be affected more attention to the impact ofthe allocation of resources to its own characteristics and vocabulary. Because of the highfrequency word has good connectivity is easy to perceive emotional information, which willbe in the early showed a greater effect of emotional valence, task-oriented and less susceptibleto influence; low-frequency words is relatively difficult to be perceived emotionalinformation, early emotional valence effects are weaker and vulnerable to the impact oftask-orientedThe results show that, emotional valence effect Chinese characters in reading consists ofautomatic and controlled by two kinds of processing mechanism, showing early activation ofautomation of emotional information, and then by the effect of task oriented. Support theselectivity of the assumption of competitive models, dual effects of emotional valence effectis affected by the material itself frequency characteristics and task oriented.
