The Methods Of Translating Chinese Audio-visual Products To The Uyghur Language Under The Perspective Of Skopos

Under the guidance of Skopos Theory of German Functionalist School, theauthor find that the translator had taken fully into account to the features of filmlanguage and the understanding of the audiences of the target language, and analysedthe strategy of the relevant translation of Chinese films to the Uyghur languageworks, by comparing dubbing voice of the TV series "Lurk" of the version ofChinese and Uyghur language. The author concluded that translate Chinese film tothe Uyghur translation works can be guided by the Skopos Theory, and apply tovarious of translation strategies, such as the strategy of free translation,domesticating strategy, and the strategy of shape of mouth, to well implement thepurpose of the film translation, that is to meet the need of the audience of the targetlanguage, and to provide information of the original films to the audience, to makethe effective communication between the audience and the original film, to achievethe purpose of smoothly effective communication with the original film. The aim ofthis paper is to discuss the guiding function of Skopos Theory of translate Chinesefilm to the Uyghur translation works, to provide certain reference for its research andpractice.
