Teacher is one of the most important factors in the educational development and the educational system depends largely on the teachers in this system. The recent years witnessed the emerging development of different kinds of teachers’training programs, which put improving teachers’qualities to the high priority. However, many training programs were relatively closed to the outside world so most of the researches focused on the necessity of teachers’training program and teachers’ professional development while ignoring the specific methods to carry on the training programs. The researches which specialized in the content of teachers’training programs were rare. Therefore it’s important to further study the specific methods of training programs for the long-term teachers’training and teachers’development. This paper started with ACC’s training program for K-12non-native Chinese teachers in America and further specified to native Chinese teachers in America. Different training methods for these two types of teachers would be discussed. Finally, classroom observation was added to make the research more integrated. The paper can be divided into three parts. The first part is mainly about the introduction of ACC’s development and the literature review of researches did by other scholars. The second part is the analysis of the collecting data and the third part is the conclusion. The data was collected in the following three ways:firstly, the K-12non-native Chinese teachers were asked to finish a questionnaire after taking the training program. The feedback of those teachers can be further analyzed to get the efficient ways of teachers’training. Secondly, four native Chinese teachers would take an interview to talk about their requirements based on the records made in the classroom teaching. Then the differences between the non-native Chinese teachers and native Chinese teacher would be discussed. Thirdly, the classroom observation in American elementary school would focus on the students’requirements and further provided some effective suggestions to the teachers’training program.
