Upon introduction of the performance Salary reform, everybody talk about that and the society pay much attention on it. Apart from this, teacher pay system will certainly has an impact on teachers' psychological. The research concerns the influence on teaching efficacy and working pressure which are caused by the salary reform. Meanwhile, this research is to investigate if there's some effect on primary school teachers' occupational stress and teaching efficacy as well as positive or negative effects of the influence. Based on the results, I propose some suggestions to develop for government and further refine the teacher performance pay plan to add a reference.This research study is divided into two parts. The first part is to study the influence of occupational stress and teaching efficacy on teachers which are caused by the salary reform. The second part is to study the influence of occupational stress and teaching efficacy on teachers which are caused by performance level. Research tools are the teacher efficacy scale and self work stress scale of primary teachers which is written by Yu Guoliang and the other people. Among them, I work in the preparation of primary school teachers stress scale process by passing through the interviews and I issue semi-open questionnaire and collect items from other questionnaires prepared by the project, etc. Followed by exploratory factor analysis, I dentify 35 topics as the scale of the final project, and adopt a confirmatory analysis. Primary school teachers of the seven dimensions of job stress scale is-the work load, the treatment of teachers, students, school rating, interpersonal relationships, exam stress and self-development aspirations. I issue 550 questionnaires,520 copies of questionnaires, of which 485 copies of questionnaires are effective. Besides that, the questionnaire response rate was 88.2%. After data analysis, I conclude as follows——1 In Shuyang primary school teachers, private school teachers and public primary school teachers exist significant differences of the work pressure, and the former is more pressure on larger. At the same time, private school teachers and public primary school teachers have significant differences between teaching efficacy and private primary school teachers have a higher teaching efficacy.2 Teachers in Public schools of Shuyang Province, high performance and low performance groups of teachers have significant difference of working pressure and high performance group of teachers working pressure is higher than the low performance group teachers. Meanwhile, high performance and low performance groups of teachers also have significant differences in teaching efficacy and high performance group of teachers teaching efficacy is lower than low performance team of teachers'3 Public school teachers and private school teachers and students in teacher treatment factors are significantly different factors, and private school teachers are significantly higher than the pressure of public schools teachers. In the four factors of load factor at work, interpersonal factors, student factors and test rating, high performance and low performance groups of teachers have significant differences. The same time, the pressure of high performance groups of teachers is obviously lower than the low performance groups of teachers'4 The pressure of married teachers is higher than the unmarried teachers'. Primary school teachers with different titles in different teaching efficacy are significantly. Primary school teachers in three titles are the strongest sense of teaching efficacy and the primary teachers with titleⅡare the next. Next in order is a small high school senior, primary level, and the teacher without titles are the lowest in teaching efficacy.
