| In this paper, from the political color of "Shang Shu" and the ancient powerstructure revealed between the lines, we use the concept of modern politics as thetool to explore the ancient political discourse connotation and the ancient politicalfigures’ reflection for some specific concepts and the thinking way of traditionalChina political operation. The division of name and nature in "Shang Shu" is thepoint of penetration of our study. And it is also the point of penetration ofcomprehending Tao how to influence political operation as a political discourse. Inthis process, how do the political figures affect the Tao by their personal will.In the background of text "Shang Shu", we don’t agree with the view that Tao isan original philosophical concept. We prefer the political understanding of Tao. Theso-called "origin", logically, is a starting point of thought or an idea of "original"“truth" and "original appearance". The concept of Tao (or "heaven" and "Virtue")does not have these two characteristics. Intuitively, these concepts such as Tao andHeaven, are inherited by ancient rulers, which belongs to the "mandate of heaven".Tao and Heaven are not independent and transcendent in the process of hierarchheeding the advice of Heaven, but in the coercion of politics. So the position of Taoin this text is not more clearly than the actual political authority. In contrast, thepoliticians are more concern about the division，balance and use between the seriesconcepts (such as "Tao") and as the "reality" of actual power. Therefore, theseparation of the name and reality is not only our most critical work, but also a mosttranscendent problem.In addition, the Tao in "Shang Shu" also reveals a form of the literature impacton polity."Shang Shu" creats many glorious literary images which have aprofound influence on the later literature. To a certain extent, the role of literature in"Shang Shu" coveres the stark political means. And that is why "Shang Shu" has aprofound effect in history. |
