Teaching a foreign language is transmission the culture. Studying one language is to analysis the culture behind language if we only consider the language without its culture, language will become symbol only, therefore, lost its value. Thus, to study a language, we shall study the culture and knowledge behind the language. On one hand, language and culture cannot be separated; language system itself is belongs to its cultural language elements, which demonstrate the history and culture of its nation. As a result, language learning normally includes learning the culture that embeds in that language. On the other hand, teaching Chinese as a foreign language requires introducing Chinese history and culture.In this research, investigation and analysis are carried out on Chinese culture incorporation in Mongolian schools, which mainly focuses on culture incorporated theory and principles when teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Questionnaires were designed by extracting culture elements that occur in the most popular Chinese text book used in Mongolian high schools. Then those questionnaires were distributed to students studying Chinese as a foreign language in Mongolian high schools and their Chinese teachers. After analyzing the results of questionnaires, some suggestion were drawn to help improving the flexibility and efficiency of using their current text books which better suits the need of local students. It is hopefully that this research will benefit the development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in Mongolian high schools.
