Strategy Study Of Revitalizing Three Agriculture With The Help Of Culture

The concept of powerful cultural country was first raised on the sixth plenarysession of the17th. Then, a series of new thinking was put forward on t he18th AnnualConvention. The author argues that to revitalize agriculture by the means of culturepower is a foundation of establishing a powerful cultural country. This paper firstanswered what is the mean of revitalizing agriculture by the means of culturepower? Then, the author set out to answer other questions. Due to the urban-ruraldiscriminatory policy for a long time in China, the economy and culture ofcountryside are both weak and far behind city. In order to solve this problem, thispaper conducts strategy study from the angle of macro narration and current task. Allof the efforts are with the purpose of improving countryside culture construction.The study rout of this paper is as following. By combing a several cultureguidelines in the history of our Party, the author pointed out that culture for thepeople is a good tradition of the party and establishing a powerful cultural country isa new idea of the party. Then, creatively put forward why the author treatsrevitalizing agriculture by the means of culture instead of revitalizing agricultureby the means of technology as the foundation of establishing a powerful culturalcountry. Then, from the angle of Three Agriculture, the author built the elementsof revitalizing countryside culture. The author thinks that the countryside, farmersand agriculture is an organic whole. Therefore, we must attach importance to theconstruction of countryside public culture, the improvement of the agriculture qualit yand the literacy of the farmers’. Next, the author sets out to raising some strategies.The author thinks that Three Agriculture culture construction is a significant andtough project. It requires the efforts from the whole society. First, the farmers are themain body of culture construction; Second, the government should increase invest andimprove its supervision and management; Third, non-government organization (NGO)is the core of civil society, we must pay attention to its impact.This paper referred the knowledge of multi-subject. They are sociology, publicmanagement science and economics. The author puts forward some new ideas. Forexample, culture multifunctional agriculture, culture landscape agriculture and newtype agronomic farmers and so on. At the same time, the author argues that thegovernment should invest money as well as talents, urban and rural developmentshould be treated as a whole and go the way of brand development. Besides, the author thinks that we must make full use of NGO, offer more effective and convenientservice in the field of culture and technology for the countryside with the help ofcloud-computing, improve the rural social security system and pull the farmers’cultural consumption and so on. All of the strategies are for the purpose of pushingthe rural cultural construction to a new height.
