As an outstanding representative of rice in Shanxi, Jinci Rice not only delicious, but also yield high, had become a shining pearl of rice planting history of North China. But along with the industrialization and urbanization step by step, development of Jinci Rice also began to face serious challenges, performance for the planting area shrinking and lack of stable water source protection. So how to solve the dilemma facing Jinci Rice development, has become a problem we have to think about.
