Confucius Institute is an important organ dissemination of Chinese culture, has been committed since the peoples of the world to promote the understanding of Chinese culture and strengthen cultural exchange. Confucius Institute Chinese language education is not only an international organization, it is a cultural communication, cultural center, which bears the spread of Chinese culture and promote the development of the historical mission of the world’s cultural diversity. Confucius Institute to strengthen the study of cultural transmission long-term development of the Confucius Institute, Chinese culture and cultural prosperity of the whole world how far the construction has important significance.This paper selects the Confucius Institute at the National University of Mongolia as a case study, combing analysis of its three main areas of cultural dissemination in Mongolia: Chinese language teaching, cultural events, print publications, and a typical case analyzed the spread of cultural perspective. Through the Confucius Institute at the National University of Mongolia student survey, this paper examines the status of cultural transmission and thus the effect of the Confucius Institute, were motivated to learn from the Chinese; willing to accept the language of instruction and teachers; knowledge of the basic situation of China, the China attitudes and behavior; of Chinese culture, knowledge, attitudes and behaviors; Chinese cultural communication channels five in-depth analysis of the factors influencing the effect of cultural transmission Confucius Institute. Finally, the thinking of Confucius Institute at the National University of Mongolia Cultural Communication:Communication Confucius Institute to integrate into Mongolian society and the importance of incorporating launched were obstacles, the path of discourse.
