Today’s labor shortage, leaving hot,"naked repned" is still a hot topic, corporate human resources strategy highlights the increasingly important role, how to do the election, education, use.retain become the focus of corporate human resources remain the most attention. This study focused on human resource management process how to do their talent, how to retain people of these two processes are discussed.In this study,322types of manufacturing employees were tested, using psychological empowerment scale, survey work alienation scale, work locus of control scale to measurements the labor-intensive production for the processing of psychological empowerment of employees, work alienation and work locus of control, and the relationship between the three discussed. Use AMOSE with SPSS statistical processing of the data, the following conclusions:(1) Work locus of control mediating the relationship of work meaning and work authorization with the self-alienation, powerlessness.(2) Work locus of control mediating the relationship of job autonomy with the self-alienation.social alienation, sense of meaningless. Work locus of control mediating the relationship of self-efficacy with the self-alienation.social alienation, sense of meaningless.(3)Work locus of control mediating the relationship of the impact of work and with the self-alienation, sense of meaningless.
