In the post-industurial age, under the background of information society and capital globalization, the main channel of global capital expansion has gradually turned from the original "time compression" to "spatial expansion". The traditional "historical materialism" also assess the situation of its own theory toward the "historical geography materialism" in order to achieve its mission.Marxist city school’s space research is the frontier trend of the change. Either by exploitation of time of the19th century or the20th campaigning for an inch of space to extracting surplus value, the main purpose of capital has never changed which is benefits acquisition.Under the background of fast growing information, capitalization and globalization, the space and geographical issue has been increasingly intensified and "space production" has also been the most important social practice. Meanwhile, both nature of "space production" and "market dominating production" are the same, that is to pursue profit. Therefore, space production follows more the logic of capital expansion. With the process of spatial expansion and capitalization, the problem of lacking spatial justice has been intensifying. The article aims to investigate "space production" and the deep relationship of the problem "lacking space justice" with capital logic under the background of postmodern society. The article consists of five chapters. The first chapter of the paper introduces significance of this topic, the research status at home and abroad and the research ideas and methods of this article. The second chapter mainly discusses the transformation of historical materialism to problem of space. It starts mainly from the concepts of space and viewpoints of space, spatial transformation in geography and spatial transformation in social critical theory. The third chapter mainly elaborates justice in the process of spatial transformation. Mainly from three aspects including "dialectics of space production","space distribution inequality" and "space political problems".The fourth chapter mainly explores the relationship between spatial justice issues with capital logic. This chapter mainly discuss from the relationship between capital and space, natural space of excessive capitalization, the uneven development of geographical space and city space problems such as lack of justice. The last chapter puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of lacking spatial justice. This chapter mainly resorts to the "two justice principles" of John Rawls,"Restorative justice principle" of Communitarianism and some pragmatic countermeasures to solve the problems.
