Broad sense of "Hume’s problem" include the theory of causation and inductive reliability problem. The real questions are whether the objective law exists in the empirical world and could we obtain the universality and necessity from there. The problem of Hume has had a profound impact on the development of the modern philosophy including the epistemology, the ontology and the logic. Thus, to some extent, it can be said that the theories of Kant and Jin Yuelin are all about this problem. Kantism focus on the inevitability of relationship between cause and effect. Kant distinguished between phenomena world and the thing in itself by establishing the transcendental aesthetic and transcendental logic, using a prior categories as natural legislation. While, Jin Yuelin pay attention to the eternal validity of inductive principle. He established a prior of the natural world, proposed the concept has a double effect on "Given", one is description, the other is regularity."Turn natural world in itself into natural world, then turn natural world into the fact", by which the rules of prior natural world in itself penetrate into the empirical world. In this context, the paper is mainly about comparing Kantism and the theory of Jin Yuelin to clarify the purpose, the meaning, the characteristic and the essence of natural world mentioned by Jin Yuelin. In this paper, we also analyze how much the natural world effect on the problem of Hume, and find out the defects in this problem. Then we put forward the Feng Qi and Yang Guorong’s re-interpretation of natural world in itself, and the new response to the "Hume’s problem".
