Study On Positive Psychological Health Education Of University Students

This thesis is to study the positive psychological health education of university students. This thesis tries to establish new modes and hopes to provide theory reference and practical guide for improving psychological health education of university students in our country by adopting the methods of documentary study,theory interpretation, empirical Study,comparative analysis etc. starting from the concepts of "Positive" "positive psychological health", etc, clearing up the backgrounds of the development of "Positive Psychological Health Education of University Students" learning from related positive psychological thoughts in Chinese traditional culture, utilizing the latest theory and pratical outputs of positive psycology and positive education,analyzing and considerring the current situation especially the exsiting problems of psychology health education in universities and studying the theory and explaing the applications from the aspects of objectives,principles,contents and methods of positive psychological health education of university students.Main body of this thesis includes three chapters.Champer one expounds concepts and backgrounds of positive psychological health education of University Students,illustrate the concepts of "Positive" "Definition of positive psychological health" "positive psychological health education of university students",analyze the background basis of the theory of positive psychological health education of university students including positive psychological ideologies in Chinese trasitional culture,positive psychology and its influences to psychological health education.Chapter two analyzes the current situation of psychological health education of university students including the psychological health situation and psychological health education situation of university students.Chapter two summarizes the present problems in psychological health education of university students including unblance objectives,poor contects and inflexible styles,etc. Chapter three tries to establish the new modes for psychological health education of university students.lt starts from the objectives,principles,contents,and approaches of psychological health education of university students to establish a new psychological health education mode that adapts to times requirements and university students development. The thesis points out that we should turn the traditional psychological education to positive psychological health education,combine the objectives of psychological health education of university students,deepen the meaning of psychological health education,enrich the contents of psychological health education,extend the approaches for psychological health education, and emphasize the function of cultivate positive personality and positive strengths of university students.
