Resilience is increasingly well known to people with the developmentof positive psychology. Individuals will be make full use of internal andexternal resources to make sure that they can adapt to the adverse situationsand resilience plays a role in this process. Resilience pays more attention toindividual positive aspects from the past only focus the negative aspects,which greatly promote the psychology towards a more comprehensive,systematic direction to develop.Lovelorn is a common frustration and emotional crisis exist in thecollege students, meanwhile, it is also universally concerned by theuniversities and Communities. studies have a more focus on the descriptionand Analysis of negative characteristics and often ignore positivepsychological characteristics that the lovelorn college may have. This studyattempts to focus on the resilience of lovelorn college from the perspectiveof positive psychology, affirming the ability they have to adapt to lovelornfrustration and exploring the protective factors.This research adopts qualitative research methods, sifting out31as ahigh-resilience group and6as a low-resilience group from the perspectiveof mental health, having depth interviews to the lovelorn college accordingto the proposed interview outline, and then to verbatim transcription ofinterview recordings, then with the help of qualitative research softwareNvivo7.0and integrating the concept of grounded theory will sort out thetext material, acquired the protective factors of resilience of lovelorn collegethrough coding and analysis these materials. The study found that theprotective factors of resilience of lovelorn college can be considered fromtwo aspects of personal internal factors and external resources, includingtwenty factors and six aspects, as follows:(1) Personal internal factors include cognition, behavior, internalresources and ability. Cognitive factors mainly including the cognition to the lovelorn, the cognition of self, pay attention to positive growth, thecognition of the love and marriage, clarify brokenhearted; Behavioralfactors including emotional catharsis and enrich our own lives; Internalresources including With characteristics and mentality the social and selfidentified, broad interests and expectations for the future; Ability is mainlygood problem solving ability, self-adaptation ability and interpersonal skills.(2) External factors include social support and the positive factors ingrowth. The external social support including families, friends and peersupport, relevant personnel in universities such as teachers, counselors andpsychotherapists support; the positive factors in growth including fourfactors: the protective characteristics of parents may have, Stable andsupportive family environment, good interpersonal circle and a wealth ofcampus resources.At last, based on the analysis of the protective factors of resilience,After repeated thinking, analysis and summary the existing and relativelysophisticated model of resilience, then obtain the model of protective factorsfor lovelorn through revising, finally, puts forward some relevantsuggestions, hoping to provide effective references to the lovelorn collegestudents and concerned about undergraduate with lovelorn.
