Global Chinese hot continued to heat up,prompted the vigorous development ofChinese international education popularization in China. But China’s continuousdevelopment, also has a growing Chinese, as the core part of the Chinese internationaleducation promotion enterprise,Chinese international teacher training in China and in thedevelopment of Chinese international education popularization in our country have certainhysteresis, high quality, qualified teachers become the urgent needs of the developmentof Chinese international education. The paper is divided into three parts, the first partsummarizes and analyzes the past international Chinese language teachers in a series ofproblems exposed in the work;The second part analyzes the current Chinese internationaleducation popularization in our country and the international Chinese language teachersare faced with the new situation, proposed the Chinese international educationpopularization in China not only from the original "please come in" to "go out", more isgradually from "go out" towards "internationalization";The third part further analyzed thenew and old standard of "international Chinese teachers",conclusion is put forward underthe new situation, a qualified Chinese language teachers should have a new quality, inorder to better and faster to solve the "teacher" bottleneck problem on the Chineseinternational education career promotion, promote the further development of Chineseinternational promotion in China.
