S.Korean and Chinese, due to historical and geopolitical reasons, keeps a frequentand deep communication for centuries. Such communication causes a obvious similarityin consonant pronunciation and articulation within their languages. Meanwhile, there arestill some differences, which is because of their dealings with multi phoneme syllables. The similarity weakens and the differences increse by the order of consonant, vowels, plosive coda, and tones. Mid-ancient is the time for Chinese to have them both. This article compares mid-ancient Chinese phonetic system with Sino-Korean andMandarin respectively and found that Sino-Korean keeps along with the mid-ancient. Aslong as following the rules of Chinses development, the corresponding of Sino-Koreanand Mandarin could be discovered. The rules of Chinese consonants development iscalled assimilation and the vowels is adaptance, and this is the first two chapters.
