Manchu is the national language of Man Ethinc. Before Manchu language created,there was only the Manchu pronunciation without words while the Mongolian andChinese were widely used. In1599, Nurhachi ordered Erdeni and Gagai created theManchu according the Mongolian. Through the continuous improvement andperfection,the Manchu was finally formed. As the national language of Qing Dynasty,Manchu language had produced a significant impact. The Academic research on theManchu language mostly concentrated in the Manchu language policies of Qing Dynasyand the northeastern region who use the Manchu language how to insist on using it. Theresearch for Han army of the Eight Banners and pepole how to study and use the Manchulanguage is less involed. The research for Han army of the Eight Banners and Minren(the Han who didn’t join the Eight Banners)how to study the Manchulanguage,contribute to a better understanding the Manchu language use of Man and HanEthnic process.This paper mainly discussed the Han army of the Eight Banners and Minren howto study the Manchu language in the period time from the Qingjunruguan (Manchu armyentered the Shanhaiguan Pass) to late Qing Dynasty.The thesis is divided into four parts:The first part describes a historical fact that Manchu language’s status had upgradedafter Qing into the Shanhaiguan. After got created and improved, with Qing into theShanhaiguan, the Manchu language has become the national language all over thecountry. Besides, the governors attached great importance to it. All above were importantfactors to procure and the Han nationality people learned Manchu language.The second part discusses the Manchu language learning of Chinese Banners. Byintroducing the Manchu schools at all levels of education, this part mainly trace theorigin of Chinese Banners, and separately issue the Chinese Banners who lived in theCapital, the northeast and garrisoned in every provinces how to study the ManchulanguageThe third part is about the Minren how to study the Manchu language. Here Minrenincludes Shujishi,the refugee in northeastern region and exiles, along with the Minrenlive in other rigions. The forth part, by summarizing the the three passages of the front, conclude thelearning characteristics and impact about Han army of the Eight Banners and Han.
