Abstract：In our history of traditional moral thought,always altruistic as the highestgood moral, highly recognized and praised the altruism of moral values, many thinkersenthusiastically praising moral values"sacrifice justice, Shashenchengren" behavior,promote people for the ethical sacrifice self-even life priorities such altruistic moralthinking is consistent with the requirements of population-based era. With thedevelopment of differentiated social groups in society to the individual, the individualposition highlights, the value of individual life began to concern, many thinkers believelife is the basis of all values, promoting respect for human life to exist, especially intimes of peace, people’s ethical behavior in order to protect the lives and safety as aprecondition. Because the noble human life, not only in its natural form, but alsobecause it forms the moral life is the subject of ethical behavior, respect for self-respectfor life that is the subject of ethical behavior, respect and preserve life only, moralityonly and continue to be realized in general.Therefore, in times of peace, ethical behaviorshould be based on the life safety limit. Our real-life moral subjects often appear tosacrifice their lives in acts of moral behavior, this is mainly because of our traditionalculture to ignore the theoretical errors of individual life, the existence of irrational moraltendency of morality, the lack of respect for moral education life safety and attention tothe dimensions of rational behavior. In order to maintain the safety of ethical behavior,we have to establish the safety principles, moral will as the supreme principle ofself-interest and altruism, while enhancing the ability of moral behavior and moralsubjects, strengthen ethical behavior of rational decision-making, strengthen moraleducation rational behavior and life safety education.From the point of view of life safety limits of ethical conduct,the article proceedsdeep research,first,based on different historical background,human ethical behaviorrequirements are different,this article makes a clear definition of the scope ofstudies,only studies exceptional circumstances and normal circumstances under thepeacetime,for the specific duties(the position was soldier,policeman,firefighter andother people who shoulder the protection of security of citizens)or obligations(distressed people were their relatives)in fact,anti-crime act is saving the danger in spiteof anything,for this,the article will simply demonstrate such cases as specialcircumstances.
