Culture is all the good things in the spiritual and material aspects of humancreated.[2]In1640," Mongol-Oirat Code "(hereinafter referred to as " Big Code")was enacted on the Oirat and Khalkha Mongol princes’ conference; it is a legaltexts with a strong nomadic culture characteristics."Big Code " documented cases ofWest Mongolian, North Mongolian and its neighboring countries and regions inseventeenth century, and it became a microcosm of society at that time, coveringpolitical, legal, economic, culture, customs and other aspects.This article takes a number of words from "Big Code " for the study, extractingthe article where the entry word, analyzing the entry content, using historical andlegal documents related to Mongolian and Chinese illustration, drawing on law,cultural anthropology, oral history methods to explain the words’national culture,then understand the status of Oirat Mongolian politics, culture, folklore and otheraspect in the seventeenth century. By comparison with feudal code of other ethnicgroups during the same period, the paper analyzes the similarities and differences,and strives to show the real objective legal culture, national identity of OiratMongolian; thus deepen the awareness of history and culture of Oirat Mongolian.
