The results ofthe study are as follows;Ⅰ. The formation of Wenshu flower drum divides into five stages: Huahuiwandeng——Playing five pieces (dragon boat)——23dui——Dideng——flower drum opera. Through the macro background of Wenshu flower drum,financing mode, organization structure and operation three aspects carried on theinvestigation and the field work, you could see, the preservation mechanism of theWenshu flower drum is relatively complete, are greatly influenced by the socialenvironment, but its original cultural information remains strong.Local language ischaracteristic, also is development obstacles.Ⅱ. In the process of the inheritance and development of the Wenshu flowerdrum, the government played a vane type guide, before the founding of anarchyself-sufficient-"flowers" under the policy of prosperity, government leading off theendangered-the government "non-material cultural heritage" under the policy ofprotection.Ⅲ.
