In addition, now, few peoplecarry on research on English technical standards translation, and there is littlerelevant literature. This report provides professional terminology and corpus and bereference for translators and interpreters who are engaged in the relevant professionaltranslation. Moreover, although some studies on English technical standardstranslation are made, most of them are focused on theoretical studies, disregardingtranslation practice. And finally, sum up the skills for Englishtechnical standards text translation, and the professional qualities that ought to bepossessed by translators who are engaged in technical standards text translation.
