With further implementing of reform and opening up policy and the rapid development ofour economy, numerous rural labors swarm into urban, and this phenomenon presents a newkind of flow pattern----Family flow, which also caused lots of current children. Their life incity and education problem are educational and social focus point, a lot of researchers fromdifferent fields pay close attention to this particular group, developing various opinions in thisfields, while the self-concept, a key factor during the personality formation, mental health,social ability development in the early childhood did not get much attention, the relevantresearch is limited.The present study on the basis of previous studies about self-concept and data analysis toexplore the self-concept of current and non-current children who are4-6years-old, the studyused "Children of self-concept scale investigation", and selected342young children fromthree typical cities of Henan Province, in which the number of current and non-currentchildren both were171. The research used SPSS statistical software for data collection andanalysis, further investigation on the basis of interviews and other research methods. Theconclusions are as follows:First, the age differences exist in all dimensions of4-6year-old non-current children:self-concept scores, cognitive ability dimensions, and peer acceptance, furthermore, the scoresof5-6years non-current children in these three dimensions are higher than the scores of4-5years non-current children.Second, the scores are different in self-concept and cognitive ability dimensions of4-6years current children, the scores of5-6years old in each dimension are higher than the scoresof4-5years old children.Third, the scores are different in self-concept and other dimensions of children with thechange of migrant time, and the scores distribution are gradually decrease as the migrant timerange from three years higher to one year, and the difference is significant.Fourth, there are significant differences in scores between current and non-current4-6years children on self-concept and non-current children get higher scores than current children;On the various dimensions of self-concept, in addition to physical ability dimensiondifference is not significant, the difference in cognitive dimension, peer acceptance and teacher acceptance all were significance, and the scores of non-current early childhood inthese dimensions all are higher than these in current early childhood.Based on these conclusions, in order to better promote the development of early childhoodsocialization, and the level of self-concept of young children, the researchers make thefollowing educational recommendations:First, Government level: in order to provide more jobs abilities which near their home, thegovernment should develop their native economy. Promoting the development of communitycultural and integrate of current children and non-current in the community.Second, Kindergarten level: create the psychological atmosphere in which children canfeel be accepted, cared and supported;"soften" life routine, using positive evaluationlanguage; create a variety of activities, so that children accept themselves.Third, Household level: to create a good family atmosphere, respect and treat childrenwarmly; provide a variety of urban living resources, promoting the social integration of youngchildren.
