| As the representative of Chinese culture, Confucian culture has excellent ethical values and cultural achievements in line with the needs of the times. Its broad-based recognition and strong cultural appeal in the worldwide, makes it easier for Confucius culture to be recognized and accepted by the international community, which can effectively reduce the cognitive costs of the international community to the related cultural products and conductive to the playing of the overall value of culture’spread abroad.Viewing of the results achieved by Shandong province in promoting Confucius culture to spread abroad, the current content of Confucius cultural spreading abroad mainly includes two aspects. From the aspect of the international communication of culture, Shandong province has always been with responsibility of spreading Confucius culture abroad and based on their actual, innovated content and means of foreign exchange, actively participated in building up to the World Confucius Institute, and focused on creating a lot of cultural representative exchange activities, such as the oversea promotion of the standard Confucius statues, the global joint of the worship of Confucius, the world trip of Confucius and so on. From the aspect of international cultural trade, Shandong province has been actively expanded the traditional advantage channels which represents in books and periodicals publishing, strengthened the creation and overseas promotion of film and television animation works, vigorously developed the overseas market of Confucius cultural arts’ performance, promoted the export of Confucius cultural arts&crafts, and continued to stimulate the development potential of Confucius cultural industries and foreign cultural trade. However, right now the Confucius culture’s spreading abroad is presenting the following issues, include the structural imbalances of the international communication of culture and international cultural trade, the weak of Corporate’s subject consciousness, and the whole uncompetitive of international cultural trade.As important stakeholders, the government, enterprises, non-profit organizations and the social public play important roles in the spreading abroad of Confucius culture, which meanwhile take different responsibilities in promoting the process of Confucius culture’spread abroad. Through the good interaction and mutual influence between them, they form the current government-led dynamic mechanism altogether, in which the government, cultural enterprises, non-profit organizations and social public jointly participating, consultation and interacting. Depending on the problem which going through Confucius culture’s spread abroad, we conducted research on this dynamic mechanism and found that enterprises’underpowered (Not only the raw power of the enterprises, but also the power of the enterprises which is driven and generated by other stakeholders) is the main cause of these problems.Therefore, in order to effectively address the current problems in the process of Confucius culture’s spreading abroad and enhance the practical effect, we must follow the propagation rule of culture, fully exploit domestic and international markets and resources, and adhere to the principle of walking on "two legs". At the meantime, we must regard perfecting Government’s impetus, stimulating the driving force of the enterprises and Creating the environmental guiding force as the fundamental purpose, to improve the business underpowered problem fundamentally by the coordinating role of the government, enterprises, non-profit organizations and the social public, specifically include optimizing the relevant policies, creating the industrial clusters of Confucius culture, implementing the cultural quality engineering, expanding the channels and platforms of Confucius culture’s spread abroad, building talent system strategy, and strengthening awareness of social participation. Through the improvement of the dynamic mechanism and the provide of a suitable path to enhance the practical effect of Confucius culture’s spread abroad, to achieve a balanced development of two channels of the Confucius culture’s spread abroad, change the structural weak in international Confucius cultural trade, and improve the international competitiveness and influence of Confucius culture. |
