Profound connotation correctly understand cultural force, grasp the currentstrengthening culture construction of good opportunities and background of the times, forour construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, leading direction ofadvanced culture is of great significance.The development of contemporary Chinese social modernization, on the one hand theeconomy we gained the success that attract worldwide attention, one of our internationalpolitical stage is extremely elegant and valuable and important countries, but on the otherhand, our cultural development is lagging behind, there are many problems, can notpromote the development of our society, balanced, harmonious and rapid.
