A Research Of Ma Yi-fu’s Standpoint Of Yi Jiao Integrating

Ma Yi-fu promoted the teaching of Six Classics when the Chinese and Western culture collided fiercely. His views can be expressed as the following propositions: the Six Classics integrate all traditional Chinese learnings;the Yi integrates the Six Classics;the mind integrates the Yi.Ma Yi-fu’s Six Classics Theory is the main point of his thoughts. He considers Yi-ology as the origin of Six Classics. His standpoint of "Yi Jiao integrates the teaching of Six Classics" is researched in this thesis.The thesis is divided into two parts.In the first part, I study Ma Yi-fu’s writings.His views can be expressed as the following propositions:"Qian and Kun integrates the Li Jiao and Yue Jiao.";"Xian and Heng integrates the Shi Jiao and Shu Jiao."Then I attempt to demonstrate the interpreting method of xing兴which Ma Yi-fu uses in his interpretations. And I elaborate on the interpreting method of xing from four aspects:"xing:the way of thinking and its methodological significance","the methodological significance of integrating","some examples relating to the interpreting method of xing in Chinese classics","the relationship between xing and xiang象"I am inspired by "a spiritual phenomenology of the poetic arising" which Nein-feng Chiang explores in his hermeneutic study.
