In late Ming dynasty,the thought of Wang Yang Ming had a big influence and the Confucianism had religionization phenomenon.The Catholic had entered China and had an influence in academia.In this context,Wang Qi Yuan criticized Yang Ming school and tried to resume the statecraft tradition of Pre-Qin dynasty Confucianism.He tried to found a Sheng Jiao(圣教)system to compete against Taoism,Buddhism and Catholic.By researching Wang’s book Qing Shu Jing Tan (清署经谈),this paper study the Sheng Jiao system and investigate the mode of operation of the system.Taoism,Buddhism and Catholic had a big influence on Wang’s work.The religiousness of this system was reflected in this influence.The Catholic had the biggest impact on Wang Qi Yuan.In late Ming dynasty,the thought of the Catholic was summarized as the thought of Tian(天)And Tian is the key of Wang Qi Yuan’s Sheng Jiao system.The fountainhead of Sheng Jiao system is Tian and the leader Confucius was born by Tian.Confucius made the rules to people in this world.At the same time, the emperor was also the leader of Sheng Jiao and Sheng Jiao rule the world via the emperor to achieve its goal.The sacrificial system of Sheng Jiao is Tian,the emperor and Confucius like three-in-one in Christian.By researching the Sheng Jiao system and Taoism.Buddhism and Catholic influenced Wang,we can know the feature of Wang’s Sheng Jiao.Confucianism had a religiousness feature by the interpretation of Wang Qi Yuan. This religiousness of Confucianism is not reflected in humanization of the Confucian but in the religious mode influenced by the Catholic.At last,this paper investigate some modern scholar want to make a religious Confucianism.We think it is a wrong way that this scholar want to make an Organization Confucianism.
